If you are an employee or pensioner of Royal Mail Group and would like to donate to the Rowland Hill Fund regularly direct from your pay or pension and hence tax-free, please print out the application form below, fill out and send to:

Send a cheque

A donation to the Fund of any amount would be welcomed. Please make cheques payable to the "Rowland Hill Fund" and send to us at: Rowland Hill Fund, Royal Mail, Mount Pleasant, Farringdon Road, London EC1A 1BB.

Make sure you give tax efficiently

UK tax payers who make any form of donation to the Fund could increase the value of their contribution without any cost to themselves by completing a Gift Aid Declaration which allows the Fund to reclaim UK tax paid. There is no committment to regular giving by completing a Gift Aid Declaration.
