Definition Help when more support is needed for chronic health problems - for example assistance with travel costs when specialist help may be some distance from home. How we have helpedWe helped Chloe's Dad We helped Chloe’s Dad by providing assistance with travel costs to the hospital for and to visit his daughter. Chloe’s Mum had given up work before Chloe went in to hospital and the long journey was putting a strain on finances. We were able to help with these costs and are pleased to hear Chloe’s treatment was successful. We helped Susan's parents Susan’s parents needed funds for her further tuition at the Dyslexia Institute, which we were pleased to provide. Without this she would not have had the specialist help needed to overcome her learning difficulties.
