Emma's 3-year-old son Jake has development impairment, ASD and communication difficulties.
He required a specialist pushchair to provide mobility and safety.
The Fund covered the cost.

David and his wife lost their 33-year-old daughter suddenly, leaving them with the funeral costs and guardianship of their 12-year-old granddaughter.
