The Rowland Hill Fund is  the occupational benevolent fund for all Royal Mail Group people and exists solely to provide support and financial assistance to those working in the organisation, or who worked previously for RMG, including Post Office Ltd., Parcelforce and General Logisitics Services, and are members of the Pension Plan.  Help is also available to direct dependents of the above.

This website sets out to explain the work the Fund undertakes and the kind of people we help.  It provides information on how to apply to us for assistance, as well as how you can support the work we do

The Fund provides a wide range of financial support to those who live in the United Kingdom. We assist people disabled through accident or illness, young or old including dependent children with special needs, for example with household modifications to maintain their independent living and improve overall quality of life. Grants can also be provided as a result of an unexpected crisis such as fire, flood or other misfortune. We also give assistance with major items of expenditure not covered by government grants or other income support, as well as monthly grants to assist with daily living or residential or nursing care for the elderly.   We are also able to provide support to those who suffer a family misfortune such as bereavement or other unforseen domestic distress.
